La Leica M10-P “Reporter” comparte las mismas prestaciones que su antecesora la M10-P manteniendo detalles como: un obturador ultra silencioso y la ausencia del punto rojo tan característico que, en esta ocasión, ha sido sustituido por la inscripción Leica en la placa superior.

Diseño exclusivo en un cuerpo ligero y muy resistente

Las diferencias de la Leica M10-P “Reporter” las encontramos en el color de sus acabados y en su revestimiento exterior. A simple vista, nos llama la atención su color verde oscuro, variable de tono tras la exposición a los rayos UV naturales y un revestimiento Kevlar, compuesto por una fibra sintética que se utiliza con frecuencia en la producción de ropa de protección balística. Un detalle que rememora las condiciones extremadamente difíciles en las que se hicieron los fotorreportajes más notables del siglo XX.

Además, la textura de la armadura en forma de diamante hace que la Leica M10-P "Reporter" sea especialmente adherente y cómoda de sostener. Todos los grabados de la cámara están incrustados en verde claro, lo que da un efecto más discreto que las incrustaciones blancas utilizadas habitualmente en las cámaras con acabado negro.

The Leica M10-P "Reporter" shares the same features as its predecessor, the M10-P, while maintaining details such as an ultra-quiet shutter and the absence of the characteristic red dot, which has been replaced by the Leica inscription on the top plate.

Exclusive design in a lightweight and highly resistant body
The differences of the Leica M10-P "Reporter" are to be found in the colour of its finish and its outer casing. At first glance, the dark green colour, which changes in tone after exposure to natural UV rays, and a Kevlar coating, a synthetic fibre often used in the production of ballistic protective clothing, catches the eye. A detail that recalls the extremely difficult conditions in which the most notable photojournalists of the 20th century were made.

In addition, the diamond-shaped texture of the armouring makes the Leica M10-P "Reporter" particularly grippy and comfortable to hold. All engravings on the camera are inlaid in light green, which gives a more discreet effect than the white inlays usually used on cameras with a black finish.
