Feel more confident taking incredibly sharp handheld photos without having to worry about shake: the Dual 5-axis Image Stabilizer (I.S.) comes to your aid with intelligent compensation. This feature is equivalent to doubling the exposure duration 6 times, which means you can use a slower shutter speed of 6 stops to the telephoto end. The LUMIX S1R eliminates body and lens shake even at telephoto settings. It can be used interchangeably for both stills and video recording, including 4K movies. The impressive power of the 5-axis Body Image Stabilizer, with a compensation power of 5.5 stops, corrects shake on all lenses, even those not equipped with the Optical Image Stabilizer (O.I.S.).

With an ultra-high resolution of 5760K dots, the Real View Finder offers the highest resolution in its class. Exceptional clarity and sharpness make it feel like you're looking at your subject with your own eyes, allowing you to concentrate while shooting. Thanks to a lens designed for minimal centre-to-corner distortion and a high magnification of 0.78x, the Real View Finder supports both perfect framing and high-precision focusing. The responsive OLED screen offers an extremely low minimum delay of 0.005 seconds and an ultra-high refresh rate of 120 fps to keep an eye on fast-moving subjects. Also, the magnification ratio of 0.78x can be changed to 0.7x or 0.74x depending on recording conditions.

Dual memory card slot for flexible data management

The dual memory card slot supports SD (UHS-II) and XQD memory cards. The mapping record mode allows you to specify which card slot should be used to record different image formats. This function is also very convenient for recording different image formats. This function is also handy for recording long video or as a backup.
