Ethics reporting channel

At CASANOVA FOTO, we firmly believe in the importance of fostering a safe, ethical, equal, and trustworthy environment for all individuals with whom we maintain a working or professional relationship.

For this reason, we have implemented a robust Ethics Channel that allows reporting potential misconduct or ethical breaches detected within our organization. This channel enables the communication of possible irregularities, as described in Law 2/2023 of February 20, on the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and anti-corruption measures.

 
Who can use the channel?

The channel can be used by any person who has obtained information in a work-related or professional context related to the entity, including:

  • Employees
  • Directors, shareholders, or members of management bodies
  • Suppliers, contractors, or subcontractors
  • Self-employed workers
  • Former employees
  • Job candidates
  • Interns or volunteers

What can be reported?

You may report through the Ethics Channel any facts that may constitute a breach of the internal Code of Ethics or applicable regulations, such as:

  • Fraud and corruption
  • Workplace health and safety issues
  • Discrimination and harassment
  • Information security and data protection issues
  • Anti-competitive practices
  • Human rights violations or environmental damage
  • Other serious criminal or administrative offences

 

Key principles of the management procedure

Confidentiality and anonymity:
We understand confidentiality is essential to encourage reporting. We guarantee full confidentiality and protect the identity of the reporting person as permitted by law. Anonymous reporting is allowed.

Security:

The channel includes technical and organizational measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and security of the information. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only, with encryption and secure storage mechanisms in place.

Omnichannel approach:
The channel allows both written and verbal submissions, including file attachments, all integrated into a single system for efficient handling.

Impartial investigation:
All reports are investigated objectively and diligently in accordance with applicable laws, respecting the rights of all involved, including presumption of innocence.

Data protection:
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).

Protection against retaliation:
We do not tolerate retaliation against good-faith reporters. Disciplinary measures will be taken against those who retaliate.

Diligence:
Reports will be handled promptly, with a maximum resolution period of 3 months (extendable in complex cases).

Resolution and follow-up:
Appropriate actions will be taken after investigation, and the reporting person will be informed when possible.
