How many days do I have to make an exchange or return?
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date that you recived the order to make your retun.
What should I do if I want to return a product from my order?
Before making any return, you must notify us by phone at 93.302.73.63 or writing an email to pedidos@casanovafoto.com stating the following info: full name, order number, item and we will appreciate if you wold also tell us the reason why you want to return it.
We will quckly answer you whith the address and instruccions for the return.

What is the charge for the retuns costs?
Casanova Foto will refund the total amount paid, including shipping costs (in normal mode, not urgent).
The costs or commissions originated by return of payment mothod will borne by the costumer.

In what conditions should I return the order?
To be able to accept the return, it's essential that the product and the packaging are in their original condition, it must not be used or damaged and you must keep the labels inside their original box.
The return of the material purchased in any other state that it's not the original and that therefore does not allow the remarketing of the returned item may cause a depreciation of the amount of the return.
The return of unsealed software will not be accepted under any ciurcumstances.
How will I know that the return of my order has been completed?
As soon as we recieve the items and check their status, we will make the payment in the same form with which the purchase was made. The process should not exceed 3 days from receipt of the material.
