How can I pay my order online?

We want that when paying on our website you have all the security guarantees and that is why we accept the main credit cards on the market but, for security, only those that have authentication. What is an authenticated card?. In authenticated cards, in addition to supplying the basic card data, there is a second step. The issuing bank carries out an additional check to verify that the person who is buying is the legitimate owner of the card.
This verification is specific to each financial institution and can be sending a password by SMS, coordinate cards, ...
This makes it very difficult for someone to misuse the card for online purchases and it is highly recommended to ask your bank to authenticate the credit card to be used in electronic transactions.

The information will always travel encrypted between your computer and the bank payment gateway.
PayPal
We also accept PayPal (only for a PayPal users).Through this system you can pay quickly and safely with your PayPal account, without sharing financial information with us. PayPal automatically encrypts confidential data with the help of the best technologies available in the market.
Bank transfer
You can also pay, of course, with the traditional method of bank transfer
If you choose this last method, you will have the material reserved for 3 days until you make the payment.
After these 3 days we will release the material, in any case, we will notify you by email when the payment has been made.

Do the prices include VAT or any other tariff?

 


All our articles show the price with and without VAT. No other taxes, fees, duties or surcharges.
Purchases that must be delivered in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, as well as in territories of non-member states of the European Union, will be exempt from VAT but may be subject to local taxes such as IGIC or customs charges.

What is the amount and delivery times for Casanova Foto shipments? 

 

We have four shipping methods depending on how quickly you are to receive our package.

  • Urgent 24 business hours.
    You will receive the order between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. the next day (24-48 business hours to the Balearic Islands) * Orders placed after 2:00 p.m., depending on the location of the material, may not be able to be managed until the next day.
  • Normal 48-72 working hours.
    Delivery between 09:00 and 19:00. * Orders placed after 2:00 p.m., depending on the location of the material, may not be able to be managed until the next day.
  • Express 2-4 hours.
    Subject to avialability and type of product to send.
  • Shipments to the Canary Islands.
    They are sent by Correos and the term varies between 4-6 working days (excluding customs retention).
  • Store pickup.
    You also have the option of collection in store in either of the two delegations, Barcelona and Madrid.

The shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the size and weight of the package and you can find out about them in the purchase process, prior to the payment of the order. As an example, a medium-sized package sent in normal mode to any town on the peninsula costs € 6 including VAT.

For your safety, all shipments are shipped insured.

Shipments to the Canary Island, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries

 

In shipments to these destinations, it is necessary to complete and pay the DUA, an administrative document that is used to fulfill customs formalities such as export, import or transit.
In our shipments the DUA is included in the shipping costs but not other taxes such as IGIC.


In shipments outside of Spain, customs charges or fees may arise that will be borne by the customer.We can send our products to all countries in the world, although there are locations where shipping costs and / or tariffs make small commercial transactions unfeasible.


If the address where you want to receive the order is not among the countries with established pricing, write to us at info@casanovafoto.com and we will give you an accurate assessment of the shipping costs.

Can I receive the package to an adress other than my home adress?

Of course! You just have to specify the shipping address when placing your order. It is perfect for sending gifts to your friends or receiving a package at your place of work or on vacation.

What is the guarantee of the products sold by Casanova Foto?

 

All new products purchased at Casanova Foto in our e-commerce or in any of our stores are covered by the manufacturer's three-year legal warranty against lack of conformity under the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
To exercise the right due to lack of conformity, you must inform us within a maximum period of two months after you have knowledge of it.
The after-sales service of Casanova Foto will manage as quickly as possible the repair or replacement of the material or the termination of the contract if this is not possible.

The second-hand material is guaranteed by Casanova Foto for one year.
The collection material, as it is not intended for normal photographic use but rather for exhibition, does not have a guarantee of operation.

Material intended for professional use may have its warranty limited to one year.

How many days do I have to make an exchange or return an order?

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase at Casanova Foto, but if for whatever reason you consider that you must return purchased items, for online orders you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to make your return.

Casanova Foto will refund the total amount paid, including shipping costs 
The  costs or commissions originated by the return by payment method will be borne by the customer.

How do I register in the online store of Casanovafoto.com?

 

You can finalize a purchase without creating an account on our website but it is convenient to create the account in order to later access the status of your orders and the history.
To register in our store we will ask you:

  • Tax data to be able to issue the invoice for your purchases.
  • Postal adress to be able to send you your orders.
  • Contact information so that we can contact you if a problem arises.

Also, if you want to be part of the CasanovaFotoClub, we would like you to explain to us what your interests are in relation to photography. What kind of photography do you usually do, what material do you have, etc.

Purchase invoices

 

The invoice is always included in the shipping packaging but if you wish you can request it in electronic format and we will send it to you by email.

I am not receiving you emails!

 

One of the most common reasons is that the software with which you check your email or its server is marking our messages as 'spam' and is sending them to the spam folder.

To prevent this form happening, add info@casanovafoto.com to the adress book or contacts og your email, thus avoiding more problems with the reception of our emails. If you have verified this and you still do not receive our emails, make sure you entered the correct address when you created the account or contact us so we can verify it.

What happens when I make a purchase?

When you complete the payment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that we have received the order.

We will also contact you in case we need more information to make the shipment or if there is an incident with your order.

Validity of prices

 

The prices on our website are updated automatically and, although we have no intention of misleading advertising, it is possible that some inadvertent error may be made. In that case, the physical store price will prevail.
