PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The data provided by the interested parties will be used for the legitimate purpose provided by CASANOVA FOTO, and which are specified in the following:
- Contact with the interested party to respond their requests or queries.
- Management of the accounting administration, billing and collection of the contracted services.
- Management of the information provided by the interested to offer products and services in personalized way.
- Contact and offer the interested party information of a commercial and advertising nature about offers,services that may be of interest to them.
- Contact the interested party to responf to their job application, providing information on possible job offers and selection processes.
LEGITIMATION FOR DATA PROCESSING
The legal basis for the processing of data for purpose 1 to4 is the execution of the corresponding contractual relationship.
The communication of offers and sevices to CASANOVA FOTO clients is based on the satisfaction of the legitimate business interest consisting in being able to offer our clients the contracting of the other products with the aim of their loyalty. The legitimate interest provided for the RGPD expressly allows the processing of personal data for this purpose.
As a basis of legitimacy for the sending of commercial communications to interested paries who are not clients is the consent obtained expressly and uniequivocally.
In any case, you have the right to object to the processing of your data, in accordance with what is described in this Policy.
RECIPENTS AND DATA COMMUNICATION
The data of the interested parties will not be transferred to third parties.
Where appropiate, the data may only be communicated to Public Administrations and in the cases provided by applicable Laws.
DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING
The data managing the relationship with costumers, billing, volletion, etc. will be kept for as long as the contract is in force. Once the contractual relationship has ended, the data must be kept for the time required by the applicable legislation and until the eventual responsibilities derived from the contract are perscribed.
The data for the sending comercial communications, preparation of commercial profiles and services will be kept indefinitely until, where appropiate, the will to delete is manifested.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
CASANOVA FOTO guarantees the interested parties the exercise of the following rights:
Access and rectification: The right to obtain confimation about whether we are treating your personal data and to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data.
Suppression: request its deletion when, among other reason, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which ir was collected.
Limitation of processing: The interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data or its portability, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
Opposition: interested parties may object to the processing of their data in certain situations provided for in the RGPD. In these cases we will stop processing the data or, where appropriate, we will stop doing it for that specific purpose, except for legitimate reason or the exercise ir defense of possible claims.
Portability: you can request the download of yout personal data for portability, as well as to trasmit it to another entity.
Way of exercising rights: the rights described can be exercised before CASANOVA FOTO through the email that appears in the section "Responsible for the treatment" of this Privacy Policy and in which you will be properly informed for its exercise.
Guardanship of right: Faced with any violation of your rights, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in its exercise, you can file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (www.agpd.es) or another competent control authority.
