Beyond facial focus

Now everything comes into focus. Thanks to Advanced Pet Tracking AF, the EOS R5 is now able to recognise dogs, cats and birds just by detecting their body, face or eye.

For the first time, a Canon camera offers built-in 5-axis Motion Sensor Image Stabilisation that works in harmony with Canon's RF lenses to combine optical and built-in image stabilisation to deliver the ultimate in super-sharp, shake-free images and movies.

Cloud connection and more

Capture and transfer images and movies on the go thanks to built-in Wi-Fi, connecting to Canon's new image.canon service. With support for automatic image transfer, the EOS R5 lets you shoot and edit on the go or download content automatically to your home computer.

Performance is on the inside. The powerful combination of CFExpress and SD UHS-II card slots lets you capture more for longer. And because the EOS R5 is part of the incredible EOS R family, with the impressive RF mount offering the ultimate in quality and adaptability, it's also compatible with Canon's incredible range of EF lenses thanks to a selection of RF-EF adapters that ensure seamless integration.
