LEICA SL2 S
The new Leica SL2-S is a full-frame mirrorless camera with a 24 MP BSI-CMOS sensor that positions Leica as a very strong player in the photographic market. It has a state-of-the-art construction and a minimalist design that positions it as a competitor to the Leica SL2.

Leica SL range
The SL range is one of the three series that the manufacturer has within the full format: Q, M, SL. Within this last group (SL) is the Leica SL2 S which together with its predecessor, the Leica SL2, make up a profile of mirrorless cameras that allow interchangeable lenses.

24 MP BSI-CMOS sensor
The sensor is a BSI-CMOS, i.e. a back-illuminated sensor that by its construction allows much more light to be captured than older CMOS sensors. It has 24 MP with a size of 5.94 μm within the classic 24x36mm. It has an RGB matrix and no low-pass filter, which ensures a very high sharpness and a good response at high ISOS up to 100,000 ISO.

Maestro-III
The processor is the Maestro-III with a 4GB buffer memory. This allows you to continuously shoot more than 1000 pictures without a break and without bottlenecks. Its format remains the same as always as far as the brand is concerned: 14-bit DNG.

5-stop stabilisation system
The Leica SL2-S also has a 5-stop stabilisation system that also enables multi-shot capture for 96 MP files.

10-bit 4:2:2 video
The Leica SL2-S can record 10-bit 4:2:2 movies; it has an integrated L-LOG range and the recording time is unlimited.

EyeRes® Viewfinder
The EyeRes® viewfinder is one of the highlights of the SL2-S with 5.76 million dots at 120 fps. An option that offers sharpness and, above all, true-to-life colour reproduction.

3.2" touch screen
This option allows you to select options in a very comfortable way with very intuitive menus for the user.

HDMI connections
It has three connections. One HDMI, and two jacks for headphones and microphone.
