Service Terms and Conditions

Ready-to-use equipment
All our cameras come standard with 2 batteries, a charger, and a case or carrying bag, so you can start working with complete peace of mind from day one.

Weekend special rate
If you pick up the equipment on Friday between 16:00 and 20:00 and return it on Monday between 10:00 and 14:00, only 1 rental day is charged.

Additional equipment on request
We have a large amount of equipment available off-catalogue. If you don’t see something on our website, just ask us: we can often source it or suggest a suitable alternative.

Custom deposit
The deposit is calculated individually based on the value of the equipment and the rental duration. It must be paid in advance and can be made by card or cash at the time of pick-up, or by bank transfer 1–2 days in advance.
Once the equipment is returned, the deposit will be refunded, minus the corresponding rental fee.
