Financing conditions:
When you apply for the loan you will be asked to make a first initial payment, which for orders over 2.500€ will be 10% of the total amount. The amount of your loan will be the amount of the deposit minus this initial payment. This is the amount we will finance in the number of instalments you choose. For example, a 6-month financing will involve 7 payments, one at the time the credit is granted and 6 instalments in each of the 6 months following the purchase.
- Payments are made with the card you provide to Aplazame.
- The SMS sent by Aplazame does not cost you anything.
- The credit is granted subject to the fulfilment of the requirements set by Aplazame.

Cetelem belongs to the BNP Paribas Group and since 1988 we have been specialists in granting consumer loans. We are a company specializing in granting consumer loans, online credit and cards.
What documentation do I need to finance?
If you are already a Cetelem customer and have a line of credit with us, you only need to accept your financing by entering a PIN code which we will send to your mobile phone without filling out forms or sending documentation.
If you are a new Cetelem customer or do not have a line of credit with us, the documents we will need from you are:
- DNI on both sides or residence card (In the case of resident foreigners, we will also need the official identity document of your country signed or valid passport).
- Proof of income (last payroll in the case of employees, last income statement if you work as a self-employed person, or letter of revaluation of the pension if you are a pensioner).
- First page of the bank passbook or a direct debit receipt showing the IBAN code and the account holder, who must be the same person as the applicant for the loan.
How much can I finance?
The minimum amount to be financed is ≥ € 90 and the minimum monthly payment is ≥ € 12. We have not set a maximum amount to finance, but we are very committed to granting a responsible loan tailored to the needs of each client.
When do I start paying my financing?
The first receipt will be processed in your bank account on the 5th of the month following the completion of the financing. If the financing is made between the 25th and 31st, the first receipt will be issued on the 5th of the 2nd month in which the financing was made.
