LAOWA 15/2.1 ZERO-D CINE IMPERIAL P/SONY FE
The new Laowa 15mm T2.1 Zero-D Cine lens is one of the widest and brightest lenses ever designed for full-frame/view sensors. Offering a distortion-free 110° angle of view, it is perfect for architectural and cityscape shots. The large T/2.1 aperture also makes it extremely useful for shooting in low-light situations. The tiny size and light weight make it the perfect companion for gimbals and run-and-gun shooting.
Covers large format sensor (full frame)
The 15mm works very well with film cameras with large format (full frame) sensors. It is also currently the widest t/2.1 lens on the market covering large format sensors.
Fast T2.1 aperture and focus as close as 6″.
The lens incorporates a pair of aspherical elements and three extra-low dispersion elements to suppress spherical and chromatic aberrations. The bright T2.1 maximum aperture is suitable for difficult lighting conditions. By focusing as close as 6″ (15 cm), it allows cinematographers to compose with more flexibility and create a shallow depth of field with a wider perspective.
Distortion close to zero
In addition to the ultra-wide field of view, it also offers exceptional image quality with best-in-class distortion control. This near-zero distortion (Zero-D) design is extremely useful when shooting architectural, aerial and interior footage.
