Este nuevo objetivo es el quinto miembro de la serie de objetivos de autoenfoque súper compactos “Tiny but Almighty” de Samyang. Son la respuesta de Samyang a las últimas tendencias del mercado. Según un informe de la Asociación de Cámaras y Productos de Imagen (CIPA, por sus siglas en inglés), el valor de las cámaras sin espejo ha estado al alza en 2019, con lo que se constata un interés creciente por cámaras sin espejo más avanzadas.
