HOW IT WORKS?

Request your repair number
Download and fill de RMA form and we will asign you an identifier for the repair.
This way you will be identifed from the exit of your home to the reception in our worshop.

Send us the device
Bring us or send us the product to be repaired.
Choose your nearest store, in Barcelona or in Madrid, or send us the product to be repair with the RMA form and the warranty or proof of purchase if the product is under warranty.

Pick it up or we will send it to you
Once repaired, you can pick it up at the store or we will send it to the address you indicate.

Check the status of your repair
Consult whenever you want the status of the repair with the inquiry form or from your private area.
