SONY MICROFONO ECM-B10
Capture crystal-clear speech, interviews, ambience or nature sounds with the Sony ECM-B10, a camera-mounted digital shotgun microphone designed for on-the-go content creators, podcasters and videographers using Sony cameras equipped with the Multi Interface Shoe ( ME).
Combining digital signal processing with advanced beamforming technology, the microphone delivers super-directional performance in a remarkably ultra-compact package that provides flexibility and mobility, even in gimbal and handgrip-mounted shots.
The ECM-B10 offers three types of pickup patterns in a single microphone. For selfies and interviews, use the super directional pattern to precisely focus audio capture on a single subject directly in front of the camera. Switch to the unidirectional pattern for a wider shot or if you have two subjects on camera. Omnidirectional configuration captures audio in a 360° field around the microphone,

Advanced multidirectional technology
Digital signal processing with multi-directional technology achieves super-directionality, ideal for interviews and selfies, where sound pickup is focused on a narrow range in front of the camera.

Compact and portable, at just 79.3mm long
Even at just 79.3mm long, the ECM-B10 offers great directional audio pickup. Its compact size leaves plenty of room for wide-angle lenses, viewfinder use, and great onboard audio even on gimbal and grip shots.

Choose the most suitable pickup pattern with an easily accessible switch
A simple three-position switch on the microphone's rear panel allows you to quickly switch between the three pickup patterns, giving you the flexibility to suit your recording needs.

Super directional: concrete central zone
Perfect for interviews or selfies, the super-directional pattern picks up sound from a certain area in front of the microphone and effectively reduces sounds from elsewhere, such as behind the camera.

Unidirectional: wide front range
Perfect for multi-person conversations, the unidirectional pattern picks up sound from a wide area in front of the microphone and minimizes sound pickup from behind.

Omnidirectional: sound from any direction
The omnidirectional pattern picks up audio equally from all directions, which is useful for recording surrounding sounds or the camera operator's voice.
